How dangerous is this if I spread it out across multiple accounts? They keys are legitimate but I am not a licensed reseller.

I have tried it and I got burned. Do not even try doing that unless you are verified reseller.

You will get your paypal banned immidietly and your ebay account aswell

Considering that it takes paypal about 2 seconds to verify if you are an authorized Microsoft reseller, it's not going to work long term.

They probably just phone Microsoft and ask them.
