Selling Local Hotel Booking Leads?

I'm leaning towards a simple case of renting out the site to a hotel and monitoring bookings it sends. Just like apartment rentals, I could have a rental review each 3 or 6 months.

Still looking for input if you have any.

LOL Still looking for ideas if anyone has an opinion. I think there could be more money in leads but not sure of the legality in the UK, so perhaps a simple system of renting would work best.

I don't know how it works in your country but you can be like a receptive travel agency who operates locally and make contracts directly with the hotels who offer you a net price (usually -25% of the RRP) and you can sell it directly to the clients b2c or to other travel agencies who don't have contract with the hotel and don't have offices in your area.

Of course you can, there are even CPA companies with relative offers that can offer you $ for it. But again, you make way more money by scrapping leads and offering them to agencies directly.

Apologies for the delayed reply, folks. Thanks to you both for the answers!

The ideal situation for me would be to re-design the site (pictures and text) to reflect the current hotel it promotes; call it Hotel A. This hotel would then pay me x amount for each lead generated via the site. Does this sound like a plan? I can then offer them related services at a monthly, quarterly, and yearly rate.

I work in the hotel industry and i want to discuss ideas with you about making money with reservations... pm me!
