Selling Listings to Apartment Complex's OFFLINE $$$$$

So,
If I was to make a Directory Style website, ...
and go around to a few different apartment complex's...

do you think they'd pay $100 a month to have their site listed in the directory.. if it was the 1st or 2nd listing in Google??

For keywords that get like 200 searches a month:
(Apartments in Canton MI)
or
(Apartments in Northville MI)
???

What do you think??

How hard would it be to get a site to the 1st spot??

What should I focus on ? Reviews? Directory Submissions? Backlinks?

The more profitable endeavor would be a directory style site for all apartment complexes, as long as you set it up correctly. I teach something similar in my webinars on niche directories.

$100/mo listing depends upon what medias besides the Internet you're advertising and how detailed the description is. For just Google alone then probably not.

Easy to get first spot on Google for locals. You should be able to accomplish this within 48 to 72 hours. Keep in mind that your clients may not understand significance of Google. So this wouldn't be a very good selling point.

As to first spot depends upon what directory you use. The one I use is SEO friendly.
