Selling links?

Hi i have a couple PR3 site, which i want to sell some back links with. The site has hardly any outbound links so there's plenty of link juice.

I want to sell some text backlinks, however "Buying or selling links that pass PageRank is in violation of Google's webmaster guidelines and can negatively impact a site's ranking in search results."

What are some ways i can avoid this?

Just sell them to individuals,don't put any code that seo companies provide you.This will look absolutely normal to G.
