Is anybody able to get pass the selling limits on a stealth account? I tried to call ebay to increase the selling limit but they could not generate the security questions to increase my limits. I know there is an option of linking to an established account but I dont want to link 2 accounts.

Just slowly build it, that's the only way with fake info. Build your rep month after month. Alternatively you could use somewhat true info(correct street address and such).
The selling limits get removed once you build more feedback.
