As long as your ghosting yourself properly, there should be no probs. Of course, the odds are pretty good of getting busted if your a noob. Theres plenty of threads in this section on how to stay undetected. Read up

Use anonymous accounts, withdrawal all funds > $150 or so when they shut you down, and they eventually will, you don't sweat it. Don't try selling any high-risk items though until your account is at least 30 days old. Good luck.
