Selling groups and accounts?

I'm walking on a new project for myself and when im doing, I'll have a few groups and accounts to sell. how much would people be willing to pay for a group with .. lets say.. 500,000 members. And how much would you pay for an account with 5k friends?

Also.. Does anyone know any where i can sell groups?
