Hey guys, quick question:
I am intending to sell a runescape item to another person (blue partyhat for anyone interested) for a decent sum of money (over $500) and was just wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to how I can ensure that the transfer is secure and that I won't get scammed? Is paypal safe to use or am I at risk of them reversing the charge and claiming they didn't get the item?
Any suggestions for making a safe transfer would be greatly appreciated.
