One time I actually became the head admin of someone else's facebook group myself when all the previous admins left the group. Basically when that happened it left that spot to whoever joined the group and claimed it first. I don't know if that's something they've changed since then however, as this was well over a year ago..

the op is on about pages. not groups. there is a difference you know
 
Well since selling fan pages is against FB TOS, I guess its why there is not Fan Pages Selling website out there.
 
I have a few large fan pages for sale (over 300,000 fans) and I was wondering what is a good site to sell them on?
