Flippa had a poll going a while ago about starting a seperate section to flippa (Or a new website altogether), To do with selling social apps. Iphone, Android, Facebook, Myspace etc. Not entirely sure what happened to it, or if it was going to allow Facebook fan pages to be sold.
But I am 99% sure I have seen facebook pages sold on Flippa. Infact 100% sure.

So how exactly do you sell fanpages? Do you just sell the entire account?

Nop you cannot. The original creator have to remain admin.
