Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but I havent seen anything today. Scribd has announced that it's going to be allowing publishers to sell ebooks/reports/documents etc themselves and keep 80% of the revenue. http://www.pcworld.com/article/165049/scribd_morphs_into_ebook_retailer.html How well this will work is difficult to say that this stage, however Scribd does have a superamazing ability to rank well in Google and there is definitely opportunities to make money here in the future. I would begin by grabbing some profitable user names and/ or designing sellable reports based on converting keywords. The rest is up to you.
