Selling domain with trademarks in certain countries?

I decided to list some of my domain names I've had forever, on Odys.

I think some might have some trademark, but in another small country. Nothing big, like "Coca Cola", etc.

What are the drawbacks of listing a domain name that might fall under a trademark?

Is trademark loosely defined? As in a company in Slovakia has the word "domaino" registered, and I'm selling the domain "https://domain.com/", for example? (Probably a crappy example, but more or less that idea).

Not easy to generalize this subject with your description. You have not received a UDRP until now, no idea how they were used or not used before so unless the sites are built out less risk. If you have copied somebodies website and parked it, that can be an issue. Some parking companies allow the registrant to opt out of competitors ads on parked domains to prevent issues. Bottom line is if you are selling them, that's the buyers problem.
