Selling DN the next day

Can I register a new domain name and sell it on sedo or other site,
the next day.
I believe the domain name is going to be a good one

Does not seem that easy to do this to me now. I know you see lots of guys selling products about fast domain flipping alone but there is more to it than what some guys are letting on. Can you do it in a day ? Yeah but it is not likely without the proper name and an established audience of buyers but sedo is where 75% of the higher end sells come from. I think if you want to flip fast you need to weight all your options and list at as many places as you can + be prepared to develop the DN farther if you have to. Can you get the max revenue out of a domain in 1 day? Now that is the question and not very likely. Just my .02 and good luck no matter what you decide to do with the name.

I agree with digitali16. in my opinion if you decide to get into the fliping business it is better to flip a website not only the domain name. you should buy the domain, setup a website and add some content.
wordpress , free theme or a "paid" one I personally shared on the downlaod section can do the work. add uniuqe content - can be done very easily with all the content writers for very cheap (I saw ofers here for 0.6/100 words) and create some backlinks - you can use only directory submission search fiverr for some low packages for $5 if you don't want to invest much in it. in this way I'm sure you would sell the website for triple or quad the price you would get from only selling the domain name.

Some make you wait before you can transfer
the name to someone else.
