Selling Digital items and Services ... any risks ?!

I open an ebay account last year, and i was doing some dropshipping from aliex, than i stoped,
last week i go back to ebay but this time i start selling digital items, like PDFs and activation keys of software and after one week, i get 1000$ profite, the problem is many of my friend told my that there's a big risk in selling digital items on ebay and its my lead to suspension of my ebay and paypal account, i thats freak me out and i stopped everything.

I have an individual ebay account and non-US Paypal business account, if there's anyone have any experience with selling digital items on ebay ... what you advice me .

The main thing with digital goods on eBay is that if the customer complains then PayPal will take their side every time.
 
U will get ton of Refunds bro and thats also risky in getting ur ppl limited
 
yes get limit of paypal and when ask for shipment info and invoice what u can do ??
 
well guys, in this week of selling in ebay i got 71 positive feedback from 100 transactions, and i have in my listing policy that i don't give any return just replacement.

its working very good and i don't have problems with refund and return because i make them satisfy with my service , i offer always bonus ...but before i give them the bonus i ask them to give me a positive feedback.

1000 $ a week and its all profit in ebay is just amazing ....even me i didn't imagine that i will get that profit, but i just stopped everything until i figure out what to do, and IF PayPal limited me and ask me for the invoices and tracking numbers, i wont find anything to give them, and i wonder if they will undrestand my busniess.
 
from where did you source pdf and software activation key? you are doing great brother, I wish eBay and PayPal will not ban you.
 
If you can and want to do this set up as many accounts as you can. 180 hold is never good.
 
Op, when you selling those..any % fee cut from ebay. I just start my selling there, your answer really help me up.

is they are any risk ? or may need to use new PayPal not risk with the Old one and waste it
 
Selling Digital items in eBay it's very risky business, it's better to buy stealth ebay + paypal account and sell your digital items and than when make money transfer them to your real paypal and keep working , i think it's better than risk your account .
 
It depends. I bought a PS3 digital game from eBay for $5.99 and it worked, I was happy with my purchase but if someone report you, you will be in trouble.
 
eBay and PP are kinda the same company, kinda not, no?

Why does the TX history and feedbacks not count on the merchants behalf?

If you're selling copyrighted licenses without permission then you're in for a rough ride. You may bank at the beginning, but it's a matter of time until your account gets suspended and you will have nothing to defend yourself with, potentially losing everything. A churn and burn, disposable business.
 
Selling digital items legally is the best way to start from some of the site like "themeforest.net, codecanyons.net, fiverr" etc.,
