Selling Copyright Items On Amazon - How Are They Getting Away With This?

    So I've been browsing through Amazon and I've came across a shop that sells Harry Potter related stuff. They have all kinds of items and each one of them is in HP theme, HP is mentioned in the title etc.
    Even their store name is... Harry-Potter. It's on Amazon-co-uk You can see for Yourself.

    And they source their products straight from Aliexpress.

    Isn't is risky as f*ck? I mean, sooner or later they should get sued, right?
