Selling Brand Items on Etsy?

Hey guys, I've been meaning to get into Etsy. Did a quick research and I see the question on title is forbidden in Etsy.

However, I think I can get out of this.

So, a coffee chain in my country also sells handmade peanut creams.

I think this would sell great on Etsy.

My friends who tried it, bombarding compliments on it.



What do you guys think? If I remove the cover and just close it with my own, will I be able to get around it?
