localbitcoins is the best place for buy/sell bitcoins
Can i send money directly to my bank account ??? And does it verify fast or need so much time ... I live in lebanon just to know ...
I cant in lebanon its banded from the site owner

It's really up to you whether or not to trust something.
If you can afford to lose the money in BTC that you're trying to sell, well then go for it.
If you can't, wait for some safe and trusted option to pop up.
Maybe sell it face-to-face using a site like craigslist in your country? (Make sure you meet in a public place like a mall)

Good old Coinbase..
Personally I don't reccomend using their Platform due to lack of support and many other reasons,
but if that's your only option to sell your currencies then go for it.

1. Local bitcoin - Transfer direct to your bank account, if that doesnt work try to meet the seller in real life and make and ask to give cash
2. Paypal - Bitcoin to your paypal account there are many guys who buy bitcoin using paypal accounts
3. Skrill ( same like paypal method )
4. Order your cryptocurrency card Example bitpay and many mores,
5. Buy a fly ticket, Travel to europa, sell bitcoin using localbitcoin and after you receive the cash return to your home with your treasure
