Actually, if you don't give a shit about your Adsense account, these types of services aren't that bad.

I remember there were a handful of services on BHW that provided traffic, and back maybe two years ago when I started out, I used a combination of different types of this "paid" bullshit traffic and the natural organic traffic I had. I padded my account stats pretty nicely for about three months before they banned me :P

It's not that bad, but it's definitely not a viable method if you care about your Adsense account. It's more of a "make a quick buck" kind of deal.
 
its achievable with bot traffic, trojans and rats capable to open hidden browsers with automated simulated browsing, random mouse movements, and ad clicking coming from computers used by people who managed to infect themselves going on shady sites and receiving trojans over some of browser vulnerability (java-drive-by) or downloading/installing them with warez "free" programs. Botmasters are selling that traffic and clicks, somewhere deep in the internets.
 
If you do that with the combination of (common sense + social media) then its a good method to earn money but as we all know its 100% illegal people use adwords for organic traffic if we use these kind of tricks then its just a loss of our fellow.
 
It's not surprising, but it's very risky. If you love your Adsense account, avoid such a service. I'm sure they would take action against that service if they find out.
 
Don't go for this type of spam services, it will harm your adsense account....
 
When the CTR is higher than 18% (+-) Google will instantly check your website and probably ban him if there are any violations against the rules. I am talking by experience and tests that I have done.

That's total BS. The only true way to game the system is to have "human" bots who simulate mouse movement, human behavior, come from hijacked trojan IPs etc. IMO, way too much work for a few pennies that a CTR will bring, and they'll end up banning you.
 
LMAO it has over 350 reviews!? Who in their right mind would do this? Great way to get your adsense account taken away.I guess you might be able to get one month check from them if they don't find out right away.If you have a bunch of adsense accounts then by all means.

I'm curious on whether this will work on a legit site that already has a high amount of organic, social, referral traffic? Actually I shouldn't even think about it...
 
You have to be a fucking idiot to buy this service, Google tracks conversions if you send invalid clicks they will know. You may get away with it for 1 month but you will get banned.

Anyone who condones doing this should get banned from the forum, its fraudulent and plain stupidity to even think about earning money like this.

And a lot of people on this site use adwords last thing we need is non-converting clicks because of people like offering these ridiculous services.
 
You can switch to seo methods.

Basically create a website easily, but not so young to market. You must have a clear marketing plan
