selling a website on flippa

hi there, first of all, I'm not willing to sell anything here, I just need some informations to give a price to my website , and I hope i'll get some help

my site has around 1K unique visitor a day and it makes 20 to 30 $ a day with adsense ( please no method here, just good seo )
it is ranked very very well on google for many good keywords, pr0

so how much should I price it?

I probably wouldn't buy it for any more than $300.

Some will say they'll buy it for thousands and others will say pennies.


It's too hard to determine how profitable a website will be in the future so people will most likely not pay more than what the site profits in 12 months.

meathead1234 would know more than most of us on this forum. He might respond to this, and if he does listen to him.

i've seen many of sites in flippa that makes less than mine , and have less traffic and they sell it for more than 3K $

I used to be a big seller on Flippa and I have some good experience with how sites will sell. If your site has been earning lets say $20 per day with AdSense ($600 Per Month) for the past 12 months than you could expect it to sell for $5,000 - $6,000. If your site has been earning that for lets say 1 - 2 months than you'll only probably get around $300 for it. Serious buyers are also going to be concerned with your traffic source(s) so make sure you have your Analytics Report that dates as far back as your earnings do. Whoops! I was joking I guess lol. I reread your post and saw that it's $20 to $30 per day. I thought that was per month lmao :D

there are lots of factor to consider in pricing a website. Age, revenue, etc.

as Veyron said, to get the maximum money for your site, the site should be established and proven to be a consistent earner for the declared monthly earnings. (12 months would be good)

if your site is new and started earning in past month/s you will be lucky to get X6 for monthly earning.

Also PR has nothing to do with earnings but somehow, flippa buyers dig this thing..

well the site is here for more than 7 months with adsense on it but adsense starts to bring 10 to 30 $ 4 months ago, consistant
the GA also was from the begining
 
Flippan is a reliable source to the website sellers where they can sell their websites in a competitive price. But selling website on Flippa depends on website's quality, rank, visitors, and domain reliability. If you have these criteria you can easily sell your website at the price range of $250 to $500.
