Ok, so let's assume I build a sales page site selling an Ebook for 19.99 and use ejunkie to deliver product, and I have upsell and all the other stuff.

    1. I can sell this on flippa as long as I give the new owner the product and everything?

2.Also, assuming a site made ~200 in a month, how much could I flip it for at the end of the month? I'd have payment proof pics and video, a professional sales page written ect.

Kinda several questions, but thanks for any input.

Oh also I forgot, I'm 15. If I accept payment through Paypal and withdraw to my checking account, and it's over a certain amount they send me a tax form right? How does that work if I'm under 18?

You are going to need more than one month of sales like bertbaby pointed out.
Also you are not required by US Law to pay taxes at your age...And PayPal will
normally not report your earnings until you reach a higher income through PayPal.

If you were able to accomplish such a task I could see the site selling cautiously for at least $1200.
after 3-6 months of earnings proof of course.

PayPal doesn't report income to the IRS until you hit $20,000 or 200 transactions in a calendar year. However you must of either lied about your age, using a stealth account or using an adult's account because PayPal won't open an account for a 15 yr old. If you're using someone else's credentials (mom, dad, relative) make damn sure they know what you're doing so they don't get hit with a large tax bill and penalty. Also know after you get closer to the thresholds PayPal will require proof of who you are and your SSN or EIN number to report to the IRS. Most report once they near $10k that PayPal limits the accounts until they know who they're dealing with. Be prepared.

Thanks, very informative. Ya I just lied about my I age and I have a checking account and all. So could I just do ~15k transactions then make a new account?

Also I understand to get MAX value I need 3-6 months earning, but is it possible to sell it at all with only a month? I would be willing to take less money if it meant I could flip it faster.

trust me, do not open multiple paypal accounts. i learned my lesson.
they will figure out that you have multiple accounts. then you will be limited or even worse, banned like me.
i had 3 paypal accounts, now they are all banned. doing business with paypal is too risky in my opinion because they really can limit your account at any time they want. YOUR money is in THEIR hands.
and if you don't pass their limited "tests", they will tell you that they "feel unsafe doing business with YOU", and then you will swiftly be banned forever.
ironic, and they turn everything upside down onto you. crazy.
but yea, i am sure that its possible to sell it with only 1 month of earning, but you are not going to have a lot of potential buyers.
that obviously means that it will be harder to flip because your number of possible buyers is going to be low.
and of course, you will get way less money. people will not trust you much with only 1 month of earnings.

accept your product payments? or site flipping payments?
site flipping can be done with paypal or escrow.
but product payments can be done with many different processors.
authorize.net, 2checkout, plimus, etc. just to name a few....
but i definitely suggest that you stay away from paypal, ESPECIALLY if you are selling digital products like ebooks.
paypal is banning people left and right nowadays for selling non-tangible products.
they only want to deal with physical products now.
also, maybe you can look into selling with clickbank.

Will escrow make a direct deposit into my PayPal account?

    No. Wire or Check.

Just some friendly advice: basic questions like this can easily be answered on Escrow's website. No need to make a new post with basic questions like that.

Ok thanks for advice. So I guess that if I'm dealing with a couple grand I should use wire?

You can sell websites much easier on ebay than flippa.
