Selling a site on flippa and...

So yeh selling a site on flippa. First time using this site. A user has requested shared access to check my google analytics.

I know there is a whole bag of you guys who have sold sites on there. So im looking toward my fellow blackhat brothers for advice. Is this a normal request? For someone who has not placed a bid yet.

What did you guys do with these kinda requests.

The person is just a normal user flippa.

Before you ask, yes ive spoke to flippa. Thier support is as useful a chocolate condom in the current UK temperatures.
 
Advertise on BHW
If the user has verified credit card, give him read and analyse access to analytics.

Read and analyse access cannot give him full authority on analytics, just he can analyse the traffic sources.
 
Many are just nosy people who don't care about buying the site, others might want it to get google webmaster access and its data (although now it seems to me they have disabled verification with google analytics).

Some, however, are possible buyers. So you need to give them reading access (no admin access). Auctions often end up without a buyer, and after the deadline possible buyers will contact you to deal privately.

I would never place a bid before my research of a site is done, give him access, whats the problem?
 
If you did yet not tried use jr vip and try to sell in the BHW. Also there some other good site Empire Flipper if your site is real good so you try but expensive for list
 
I did think whats the worst he can do.

True dat... il stick with flippa for now, that $50 listing wasnt painful.

Its not an empire flippers kinda deal looool.

What makes BHW better than other marketplaces?
 
Without a proper view no one would place a bid so I think you can give him access
