Selling a site, help

I have a 2yr old site with 22 articles, all indexed.
It has adsense running on it, but gets almost zero traffic.
It is in a difficult highly competitive niche, with high potential CPC, but I'm not really able to rank anything in the first 2 pages.
It has a DA of only 10

Not sure what to do with it. Any suggestions are appreciated.
I don't want to put much more time into it, but not sure if it's very sellable with $0 income.

22 articles in 2 years is too low tho. And since you are in a high competition niche, that was why you didn't get many visitors.

I would recommend putting an ad about it on Facebook groups and Flippa/Motion Invest and to forget about it. There's not much you can do here.
