selling a site but... !@#

im selling a site thats worth 5k+ so i have a question - if I go through escrow.. they will send money to escrow then i will send over the domain/site/content, he then reviews, then they have to accept that everything is as said it is, what if they say no its not acceptable within the 5-7 day period or whatever they are given...

Then he has my whole site/content - which is original content and thats why the price is as high as it is.

Anyone suggest a safe method for me?

You will be fine. Escrow will check the whois info of the domain and see that it has been transferred to the buyer already and then they will release the funds to you anyway even if he doesn't accept.

While Escrow isn't 100% safe (not much is), it's still probably going to be your safest option for a transaction of that amount.
