Selling a product in comment section

So I found a really unique product that I can dropship that is almost identical to something an influencer on Youtube wears/uses, that I think their fans would love. But how do I target them to market it to them? First I thought of FB ads, but unfortunately their Facebook page doesn't show up in any of the targeting options. So if I were to post comments on their Youtube videos, providing a shortened link to my store for the product, along with some text too of course, how would I get the comments to stick and not be deleted?

I see threads/methods on here all the time of people that market in YT comments so I figured I'd get some tips from the experts!

Don't overthink it, is possible to generate sales from youtube comments.

I know some guy who was banking hard $$$ selling social media services in 2013 (before YouTube updated his spam system..etc) using this method

I know its possible, Ive just never done much with Youtube so looking for some advice from those that have on how to keep the comments from getting deleted.
