Long story short, I sold a PLR E-book on fiverr and he is now asking if he can buy it off of me for $150 so that he can use it as a free report to his website visitors, would there be any repercussions or legality issues since you can easily find and download the e-book (with a little searching) if I accepted his offer? Of course there is the morality point of the issue, but I'm wondering what your guy's take on the situation. I have changed it up a little bit to look original but other then that you can still find it easily online. Thanks :D

Thank you for your advice YoutubeStore, Anyone else with input?

Sell it. I made $120 off of a Squidoo eBook that I didn't even own. Do it man. At the end of the day, it's just business. It is a PLR eBook after all. So you won't run into any trouble. If anything, he will be the one to stumble upon consequences later on. But its highly doubtful. No harm done. Pull the trigger.

He probably wants the master resale rights. You can sell it to him if you have mrr else you can't.

and if he is asking for exclusivity then you can't offer that for PLR.

Thanks for all the advice guys, will get it sold :D
