Selling a non-established Clickbank product?

Hello there,
I recently created a product that was intended for CB but was declined (they said something like a similar product existed and had a high refund rate), so I had the idea of instead selling the website and product on Flippa and was wondering if anyone could give me advice or let me know if it would be worthwhile?

and it used to be a WSO which genererated about 400? of profit over around 2 months,

You can list your site at flippa but better earn for 6 months and then list it there.

Yeah too get real cash you would need to show off earnings. You might be better off selling on forums as potential and ready made business.
