I have a domain and I would like to sell that.

According to Godaddy Domain Appraisals , This is the estimated Value.

What would be the easiest way to sell this domain?
Thank you!

if it's just a domain and has no value (no site built, indexed, and ranking in google, no RDs pointing to it, no traffic, no anything) it's only worth what the buyer is willing to pay for it, but generally the renewal cost of its TLD.

If it does / did have a site built on it... well... this changes things completely because, based on the site's value, you could sell it for millions. So, it depends what you're selling (the domain, or a website)

Do not trust this value checker. And renew the domain next time or godaddy will take it.

You just need to understand that it is only the domain, and the value can be one of those things:

1. Age
2. Short of the domain
3. Unique, interesting name
4. Popular TLD

A domain appraisal is just a guess estimate. The value of the domain depends on what a potential buyer sees in the domain. It could be much more than any appraisal or it could be less.

Automated tools are all crap, I will just say it. GD, Estibot, etc. These are simply tools to create a fake sense of value and inflate the value to dupe people.

As stated above, "value" is in the eye of the potential buyer and their niche.
