Selling a black hat business?

Do you think it's possible to sell online affilate operation that is a bit on the darker side of things? noting illegal or anything like that, just a bit spammy. I can not list it on flippa or empire flippers or anything like that I think, also the thing is that I do not want to reveal too much info on the operation as I don't want any copycats, I know I can get people to sign an NDA, but do they really worth something in this space? I don't see how I can really know if the person who signed the NDA is my new competitor or not.

So yeah is it possible to sell such a thing? and if yes where?
