So after i signed up to AC and submitted an article i found out that its not for people outside the US.. op2:

Anyone know any good sites that pay reasonable to people outside the US via paypal?

AC also pays non-US citizens, but performance payments only.

You can still join AC even if you're non-US, just pretend to be one!
