    Are you promoting Sellhealt's products?
I am promoting their skin care products. I get a sales notification last week and my commission was $119,99
But is not counted to my account. I haven seen any changes in my account numbers.
Than I contacted the affiliate manager, not only one but 2 affiliate manager and the other affiliate support email I can find in their official website.
I also contacted one affiliate manager on Skype where he is online but not a single answer. It has been more than 1 week and still not getting any answers. I have send them 3 emails.

I know that sometimes sales can't be counted because of some credit card issues. But what upset me the most is they never answer me. Even the sales is not counted it is okay as long they answers my email.
How can some one trust an affiliate network when they never answer you?

Any suggestion or same experience with sellhealth guys?

    What do you think guys?
    Are they scamming people?

Don`t lose hope just yet, but try not to send them buyers till you get everything straight. It can be an awful lot of job to cover the sells from affiliates for a big product. If they continue to show no interest, then yes, you can start to call them scam business and have some bad reviews pop out for them as a business and for the product as a health hazard or sumthing :)

If you used an website to send them buyers, try to promote another product till you have everything clear :)

I'd cease selling for them and e-mail/call as many people as possible. Sadly, nowadays, this is common with affiliate payout programs. Always a delay.
