Can someone help me? I’m not sure what to do, I ordered something from China, in tracking, says that customs returned if, seller just immediately turned it right back around and reshipped just as it was, it was not returned 4 times. I keep telling them to stop, but all I get is a “I can’t stop them, we paid someone else to ship it, they said they will get it through.”. I’ve tried for hours and hours trying to get them to just toss out the package, but they are being very persistent

If it's Aliexpress, there's a deadline for delivery, if it's not delivered until that, you can ask and will get a refund. The seller can ask you, if you agree to extend the time frame, but you aren't obligated to accept it and you're entitled for a refund, if the item isn't delivered until the original deadline. With all the back and forth i assume, this date has either already passed or it's near. If you can't come to an agreement with the seller, Aliexpress will step in and you'll get your money back. You didn't order the item from whoever handles the shipping for the seller, you ordered the item from the seller, so they're responsible.
