Sell Website

flippa.com you can sell it up to 200$ i belive

not experienced in this area, but i always thought it was sitepoint

I've sold websites on sitepoint, and I'm listing another in flippa.
What's wrong with it?

always used sitepoint myself. never heard of the other site, but I think sitepoint would be better for your site. People there would buy almost any site based on just PR.

Search at the sitepoint site for a site similar to yours, and watch how much it sells for to get an idea of price

I will try to sell it in Sitepoint.
A friend of mine told me not to sell yet,and to register at sponsored reviews, and try to sell some reviews before actually sell th site. What do you think?

Humm... Sitepoint has a problem, 19$ for listing
Does anyone knows other good places to sell websites?

Sitepoint ask for listing fee but since you are looking for reputed marketplace. sitepoint is best ! !. By the way would you like to share website details like URL, screenshots from google analytic and adsense?.

Thanks.

well done, sell any kind website include domain is better, BUT is hard to get buyers:)

SitePoint And DigitalPoint You Can Flip Sites Plus Look Outside The Box You Can Build Like A List Of Peeps Looking To Buy Websites And Sell Sites To Them And You'll Have More Long Term etc etc

Pm if you want to know the site

The site has a PR3, and has only 2 months. Has a great layout but very little traffic(hotel Niche- too much competition).

Do you think that I can get 200$ for the site? ( I made the site very fast, and get PR3 easly, if there people who buy sites like that for 200$, I think that I will do one site everyday.

Tell me your experience flipping websites.

I tried flippa a few days ago.. it was a pretty nice experience actually, especially because everything starts from zero, ratings from sitepoint marketplace are not carrying over to flippa, so its a very good time to start building your rep now there...

i dont understand $19 plus 5%?

i used sitepoint lots but flippa seems to be the new thing has anyone ever sold a site on there?

personally i've only had private sales with parties that i trust, but if i had to sell a site to a third party i didn't know much about i'de most likely do the sale sitepoint. A lot of high quality sites are sold there and there's also a large userbase so you're site will have a better chance of finding a buyer

hey steveo, can you explain more with the private sales that you are talking about? or can you refer me to 1? thanks
