Sell or Keep

Not to give out my current ninche but lets say I have a domain and a site ranking #1 on google yahoo and bing for accessories of upcoming gadget. Would you sell the whole package or keep it? What do you guys think something like that would be worth roughly? I'm getting about 30 visitors a day laser targeted.

If the gadget is "upcoming" meaning it isn't released yet, I would definitely keep it until the gadget comes out because your traffic (and most likely revenue) will increase a lot with all the buzz surrounding the launch of this device.

If you do want to sell it, wait until the buzz starts to die down a bit and then sell it.

I agree with J1218, keep it for now and monetize. Do a little extra SEO to secure your position, then after profits decline sell it off if you want.

i have just started my site give me about 2 to 5 years ill be rich and if a site does really good don't sell it you'll be sorry later
