Sell on Ebay Australia using a non australian account

Hello everyone, I have one question and if anyone knows something about going to be some great help.
I want to know if I can sell products that are in Australia to Australia but using my eBay account (non aus)
Basically it is like this if I get an order on eBay I going to forward the order to a company and they are going to deliver the product and I can make some profit.
It is legal to do that?
or anyone knows some other way to do it?

Yes of course you can list your items wherever they are just set the location of items and deliver locations
