Sell my workers time

i've got an office here in Indonesia with 11 desks and high speed internet. I have two dedicated servers running xrummer and scrapebox, and a dozen vps for hosting.

I want someone to get work for my staff and manage them, and find and bill clients. You can bill clients per employee per month, or per job.

This is a good opportunity for someone who understands SEO marketing and managing the work. You would need no cash investment in order to partner in this business.

I sent you a PM, and for other interested, here is the gist of this offer:

What I envision is a sales person who is familiar with all aspects of SEO who can advertise on BHW, DP, webhostingtalk, etc, to bring in clients.

We can get clients who need full time personal assistants, and charge per month of work, or we can charge per contract of certain work to be done.

I'd need you to both bring in the contracts, and chat with the staff and explain what needs to be done.

My staff already has familiarity with most aspects of SEO.

I will hire new staff as needed.

The salesperson would earn a % of the money brought in.
