I got this website worth $30k minimum.

Here are the stats-

500k unique visitors per month, 2 million page views per month.

$150 per day from adsense on an average.

Analytics proofs available.

October and november earnings proof available from adsense.

No investment required, all traffic is organic, so all earnings is complete profit.

PM me if you know someone who want to invest in adsense website or if you have list of private buyers. You can make upto $4k commission if you sell for $30k. If you sell for anything more then $32k, all money over $32k will be yours + $4k commission, so you can make huge with this deal. I am in urgent need of funds so i want to sell it within 2-3 days.

Transaction will be done through escrow seller, buyer and broker contract, so your money will be safe.

Yes but its making $4500 a month from adsense and traffic is huge, so $30k is not much if you ask me. + I am only going to get $26k if the site sells for $30k as $4k goes to the broker.
 
What is your reasoning behind selling? The answer to this may be crucial to the website sale, and the attitude of the customer. Also, what kind of upkeep is required on the website?

Okay, makes sense; Good luck with everything! I was just wondering if the AdSense was slowly decreasing or if the niche was going out of popularity.

No

adsense does go down in CPC sometimes, but it get backs even better then before. Niche is not going out of popularity, it has done well for past 3 months for me and i am expecting it to increase.

No work is required on the website, just need $150 dedicated server per month, everything else is on autopilot without investment.
