Sell My Domain JV - for Domain Experts - $2000 Reward

I own the domain name,

VisionHomes.com

It is 10+ years old + in a competitive market, both brand-wise and industry-wise.

Do a Google search and you can have an idea of how many 'potential' takers.

I would be willing to offer 20% of the selling price after the transfer fees, if someone can broker the domain for me. My target price is in the range of $xx,xxx , which will leave a commission of nearly $2000 in the lower-end. But I am willing to discuss the pricing more - it can be higher or lower - bring your experience to the deal.

This is NOT an opportunity for newbies, this if for someone who has previous experience and confident in the trade - or in other words, you must know what you are doing.

I get a ton of PMs so if you've sent me a site that doesn't meet our criteria (per my JV thread) then I may well have not replied.

I'm not big into domains, but I'm struggling to see where you're getting the idea this domain is worth 5 figures? Someone might pay low $xxx but even that would be pushing it IMO.

But I see a value here brand-wise, not sure how it will go. I would just leave this thread for a while and if no interesting replies, I would try it on my own, since no other alternative left!

But I would be strict in my belief and I also see a nice market to go after! Wish me luck guys!

I don't mean to be overly negative, but talking from years of experience in the industry, don't waste your time.

Anyone who can tell you they can sell it for 5 figures is lying. Domainers have a habit of massively overpricing inventory in the hope they get lucky. You'll have just as much chance by playing the lottery.

My advice would be head over to namepros and ask there. If you don't want to take my word for it, I'm sure you'll get a similar response over there.
