If you want to make money online, but dont really want to use cpa's or adsense, and you want to make money pretty quick, heres what you can do. Just sell stuff on ebay for those who either dont have internet, or just dont have the time to do it themselves. And heres how you do it: First, you have to find peple to sell for, so you put up flyers near where you live, make business cards and hand them out, place ads in the local pper, and so on. When someone calls you, you explain to them that you can auction off their unwanted items for as much as possible. Once you land a deal with someone, you will find out what the minimum they will accept for this item, then you will create your ebay listing for that item. Instead of charging the customer a percentage, you will give them everything except the shipping cost, and you will add in your fee to the shipping. (For instance: An someone wants $50 for their tv, you find out how much it will cost to ship the tv, then you add $10 to that, and that is your profit) Once the item sells, and you have cash in hand, you ship the item and give your client their money. And thats it, on to the next one. If you sell for 10 people per day and make $10 off each item, then you will profit $100 per day, sky is the limit, and real hustlers can do this easy :D

Heres a list of a few things you might need for a professional appearance, (since clients will be trusting you with their stuff)

1: Reciept book
2: Inventory book
3: labels
4: Shipping materials
5: Neat storage area

Its not going to be easy as it sounds, but thanks for sharing.

You'd be competing with a lot of pawn and other shops already doing this.

You'll also probably need a van to pick up items and drop off items couldn't sell. The hardest thing is to keep finding new people wanting to sell stuff.

How about if you go to craigslist free section and try to sell free stuff that people are giving away. Keep 100% profit :)

Jim cockrum outlined a method similar to this about three or four years ago. If you don't want to put out flyers, just sell for friends! If someone you know is going to have a garage sale, look at the more expensive items (anything under $30 probably isn't worth your time). Let them know how much they can get for the items if you sell the items for them. Use ebay adavanced search to see completed listing. This will bring up results of all recent auctions that have ended in a sale or not a sale. This is how you will have an idea of how much it will go for. Then ask for 10% or however much you think is reasonable.

I tryed ebay but I got nickel penny and dime 'ed to death by their fees. If no one buys then ur out of pocket a couple pennies but the pennies add up. This is not even talking about competition whom have profetional looking sales pages

Lol, I actually had that same idea, I even wrote an ebook about it :D

yup, better to go to clearance sales and buy the junk for pennies, in there there may be some items that you can actually make some good money with. Plenty of sales on all over the place

If you really want to do this on a large scale go to Freelancer.com and they have an eBay section that's riddled with selling stuff for others.

However, be careful; many times, the sellers are trying to push replicas.

yeah dude i dont know what ebay you sell on but that stuff is a tough sell now. The old ebay we used to sell anything. I remember selling mystery boxes and people buying them up. We would walk around the shop and load the boxes up with the most useless stuff. Those were the good old day
