Sell EVE Account

ok, got this account, tons of skill training for years, not played long time, feel silly to just drop it. I know you can sell isk and all that stuff, but it not legal, so anybody know where you could sell the whole account for real green paper? Probably worth around 500 to 1000 USD by now in terms of skill training saved up.
