Probably not to use PayPal. Chargebacks are always a risk.

Not safe, just another day i was reading about a 5000 GBP scam happened with a person who sold his Ebay+Paypal account

If you still ignore all the previous advises at least withdraw the money immediatly after receiving it in your paypal account. And maybe tell the bank you lost the card so they close it and make a new one. (after you receive the withdrawn money)
