Sell a clone item on ebay as a "replica" ?

So, I listed an item a few days ago from dhgate and I have been selling them like crazy.. Then ebay sent me an e-mail saying my item was removed due to trademark violations. Now, would it be possible to just state it's a replica and blur out any brand names in the picture or just forget about the item.
