I am starting to learn Dropshipping. Does anyone have any tutorials or documents that can help me?

There are a lots of resources that can help you. I watched lots of courses, most of them are the same and teaching you how to make a store, while teaching dropshipping should be everything about marketing. To have good results you need very good marketing. You should try to think like an ecommerce brand and do things that way. If you are just another dropshipping store people will probably skip your store. Nowdays you need to go step further and make everything more professional.
Every thing that has 1000+ orders on Aliexpress is selling good and people buy that stuff, is that a winner product? Maybe. Depends on you, are you able to sell and market that product. That is the skill you need. Please don't go the "testing until you find the winner" method.
Take a pen and paper, sketch dropshipping business model, you will see that only few things are different than classic ecommerce and that is fullfilment.
If you are not good at desing, copywriting, ads creations, social media content creation, than it will be hard make your brand look professional. The best would be to outsource that, but you probably don't have money.
I will advise you to try tiktok organic reach, but you would need to learn what is a viral video. Tik tok is the best place to find product to sell nowdays and you can even steal video ideas.
The best course that I watched was on Croatian, so that is probably not of use for you. As I never was dedicated enough to make big bucks with dropshipping, but did study a lot and tried things, I can help you with everything I know.

Charlie Brandt – $100K Academy -- you can find a torrent for it if you look around the most popular trackers.
Hustlers Uni Ecom course can also be found online if you look hard enough.
These two should get you started, but I recommend joining your local dropshipping and Shopify FB groups to see the potential issues that others are facing.
You can also try to get FB ads and Google AdWords certification while you're at it since ads are so important at the start. Plus, it's also a great skill to have.

Money has nothing to do with it brother.
To find product you don't need money.
You need to find it. Maybe just see other business models, and see how you can twist it to make unique.
Fill some void in some field. Like automate some process. Charge money for it.

First choose your niche.
And then research competitor.
And then try to find similar products.
Test 100 products... Maybe one lucky... Maybe not...
This don't come easy, you have to grind a lot time. Learn a lot skills.

Dropshipping isn't as lucrative as it was before as customers are getting smarter. Why not consider doing DTC instead and build a proper brand?

What do you mean by DTC?
When building brand you need manufacturer, automatically you have an upfront costs higher. You need to package items, you need to lable it, you need to send it. All this costs. Especially when you're in 3rd world country like Croatia

Isn't dropshipping a little oversaturated now? Also, how much money are you willing to burn on testing ads? Back in the day, Franklin Hatchet on youtube used to be the dropshipping GOAT.

try what this guy done. Watch till the end as he changes his mind, but he could have banked on tiktok with both products.
its a good look at the design and idea generation of what other people who listen to states university stuff do. Its much the same as you find here, just with a twist as in everything.
