Nope, You are not going to find any reliable one with self hosted option. Plus its not that easy to get your own cloaker script.

Cloaking is a black art, mate. It's like asking someone to write you a Shakespeare novel. It won't happen.
Cloaking requires databases of certain information that can't be self hosted for commercial products. So most cloakers do have a server-side component that you gotta use.
