Do you think it really really helps and if yes have you ever read a book and found yourself with a better mindset/life ? if yes sharing titles would be great.
I am currently reading "Psycho-cybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz and it seems pretty interesting.

-Excuse my English (not my native language ^^').

Yeah, I used to read lots of it. The only stuff that I felt really helped was Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins, and the Success Principle by Jack Canfield. There's a lot of crap out there too, but those two books are really good and work if you apply the principles.

I got the 4-Hour Workweek book by Tim Ferriss, and never looked back. Been more motivated than ever, with actual actionable goals (a lot of his info coincides with much of what this site has to offer).

Yeah you're right, most of the self help material nowadays are author wanna bees who sell cheap content to earn. Tony Robbins is truly a living legend and i like his works.
Thanks ! nice to meet you as well.
I will see about it as soon as finish some stuff. Reality doesn't have to suck, but i believe it's relative never constant.

Added to my list, thank you.
I've heard about it many times so it must be that amazing, will check it out for sure.
