Self defense Supply.. worst drop shipper ever

First off they cant even tell you what your shipping cost is until they ship your order so you never know what the final charge is unless you call the next day, check your bank account, or wait for the shipment and get check your invoice. 2nd when you order online their system doesn't even tell you if an item is in stock. For example, i just placed an order and it showed that all my items where shipped. Got the order today and on the invoice it tells me that one item is back ordered. Then they are going to charge shipping again to send you the back ordered item. 3rd they say they will email you a tracking number and they never do, you have to call to get it.

I honestly don't know how they stay in business.

Like I said, it was years ago, so I cannot vouch for their current state. I actually even visited their warehouse in Jacksonville, FL. Nice people. Good luck.

I am not sure why you just don't stock up from China. I am pretty sure these types of products are cheap and easy to get a hold of. I know the drop shipping probably is more convenient for you but you can make a much better ROI just doing it yourself if you have the means.

As for these guys(as suggested in a prior post)- http://www.safetytechnology.com/

They may be 110% legit but when I see a site that looks like an internet marketer threw it together it does not give me confidense that they are a legit company. Sadly the other site which has all the issues appears much more professional and legit at 1st glance.

I agree with you 100% The site I suggested (again, it's been many many moons since I did business with them) looks horrendous. Funny thing is, it does not look like it has changed a bit since I did business with them last. Like I said before, I have visited their actual place of business in Florida and they definitely have the stock! And, who cares if their site looks bad, as long as they come through with the goods! But I digress. It's not like I work for them, so I do not need to convince anyone

Just trying to help.

Like with anything, due your due diligence and research any company you plan on doing business with.
