I saw some sites that create a link to the money page from his money page using his keyword. Something like a circular reference. What do you think about this strategy (I am not sure if is a black hat).

are you talking about authority links from blog network or free links line. www .********/ref=youmoneysite?
if you are talking about 2nd one then they are spam doesn't work

I think he is saying that he seen a site that had a link of it's own site.

Basicly this is call "keyword stuffing"
