Selenium C# Chromedriver, vpn extension

Is it possible to have a chromedriver come with a vpn extension which is already set up and running? If not is it possible to automate it(the extension)?

If this extension is available on chrome as plugin then yes it it possible to have that extension on chromedriver via chrome profiles...

No, sorry i didn't make myself understandable.

I already have the extension installed, i just need the vpn to activate automatically. Up to this point i've been doing it myself.

So basically, i'm asking if there is any way to click the connect button on the extension automatically.
