Selecting Random Fan on a Page?

Question...is it possible to set something up that selects a random person out of all the people that have LIKED your Fan Page?

This is against facebook tos (yes I know blackhatforum ) and doesn't work. You'll have to make an app, where the people insert their data. Contact users via messages after a giveaway is also not okay with facebook tos. You'll have to risk that facebook bans your page, if you use such scripts.
