Tiktok blocks most RDPs, so try using a mobile friendly VPS like Amazon wordpress or a real device with remote access.
Thanks. I'm using premium RDP from kamatera I think I should just forget RDP, because even when I use some VPNs there I still was unable to login to tiktok

login to your tiktok acc in your pc then download extension called cookie-editor , then copy the export your cookies while you already logging in your acc , then go to rdp and install the same extension in your browser , ---> import your cookies you just export them >> you will successfully login to your account
