Seeking YouTube CMS access for music channel

A friend of mine wants to do the same kind of channel as but with his own catalog of (non-religious) music he owns the rights to. Are there any companies or freelancers out there - ideally with direct CMS access - who are capable of building these kinds of "unbranded", "functional" music channels?
